Neighborhood directory
Neighborhood groups across Davidson County, and how to find them.
Other directories hand you a link and stop there. What people actually need is a way in: when a group meets, where, whether it is a listserv or a living room or a brewery, and who to write to. Last updated 12 August 2026.
Find your neighborhood
Which group covers my address?
Your address is sent to Metro’s own address lookup and to OpenStreetMap to name the neighborhood, and to nowhere else. Nothing is stored.
Spot something wrong, or a group we are missing? Tell us.
Nothing matches that. Try a shorter word, or the neighborhood name rather than the association name.
This list is not finished
Help us fill it in
Some of these groups we have spoken to. Others we found in other people’s directories and have not reached yet. If you know a group, correct us.
No group where you live?
Starting one is smaller than it sounds
Plenty of the groups on this page are not formal organisations with bylaws and a treasurer. Whitland’s committee meets in members’ front rooms. Burton Valley is an email list. Woodycrest is a garden. Cane Ridge brings a potluck. Glencliff alternates a meeting one month with dinner at a neighbourhood restaurant the next.
If nobody is organised where you live, that is common, and it is the thing we most want to help with. We can talk you through the first meeting, share what other groups do, and handle the paperwork side if you ever need it.
About this list
We pulled this together from every public source we could find, then started working through the groups’ own websites one by one. Some of it is confirmed. Some of it is not yet.
We publish a group’s own address, never a person’s name or phone number. If your group is missing, listed wrongly, or you would rather not appear, tell us and we will fix it.
